Thankfully the new committee are much more transparent and forward thinking, except when it comes to advertising and marketing!
Was Neville involved when the Menteith draw was private

It was at the first stoneleigh one that I witnessed.
Gullible blokes sat in front of a committee going behind the scenes for the draw.
Shocking

I’ve just had a quick look and happened in a Pikelines from 2007 advertising the 30 th convention at stoneleigh. Colin Goodge mark Barrett and Phil Wakeford were on the committee as well as me as mag editor. Can’t see any of them pulling any stunts . That’s all I can say at the moment. Depends how many years it ran at Stoneleigh. It did end up at Kettering at some point.
