Fox PS Micron Predator alarms

Has anyone used these and are they recommended? At £40 each they look good value.....

i`ve used ps mk11 alarms for years and prefer these to traditional front alarm set up. each to their own. i like the idea of the constant alarm, makes you get up to see every time. i`ve seen anglers deliberate with takes when all they get is bleep bleep bleep. little harder to set up when your`e new to them. i`ve seen em go for £20 on e-bay and up to £45. i got 3 unused earlier in year for £60. gives me 7 of them now. becoming rarer as years pass.

Thanks for you comments Neil, much appreciated. I am debating on buying some. At the moment I am using Fox Micron MMX on the front rod rest and a fox predator swinger on the back rod rest which seems to work okay but think i would like to try these.

Thanks for replying...
