That was a really cracking read Rob - glad I got the opportunity this winter to make your boat a little more 'untidy' with my presence!

Steve,

your yourself have made no small part in me wanting to give it a go for a year. As editor of Pikelines you so supported me in my early stuff and listened to how i wanted my stuff to look and feel. You are the best editor of Pikelines EVER i rekon. I hope some of the Pool authors will also now write for Pikelines after a start on the Pool. Its all tickity boo.

Hi Steve,

I think alot of pike fisher writer have you to thank over the last few years.....you have publish alot of great stuff and turned a club magazine into something special.....

The any of the pool authors would be a credit to pikelines....

Image Very humbling chaps, thanks.

I've always said that Pikelines is a member's magazine first and foremost and one of the most important stepping stones for a writer, looks like the ethos worked!
