Been using Dave at Trafford Tackle Repairs for a while now and had rods repaired and reels serviced /repaired,Proper friendly fella he can do most anything with rods and reels and the work has been faultless,also handy for me as i live reasonably near so can drop off and collect stuff at his house but you can also post to him and he'll send it back to you when the jobs done.
