Kookaburra

Took the dog for a walk just now near local lake.

Thought he had grabbed a kids toy.

Funniest noise from a bird I’ve ever heard.
Was unable to see it but it called out a few times.
Apparently it’s been out and about locally since 2015.

No pics but this is definitely the sound :laughs:

Some fecking “heat dome we are in”. Indian more like Oz :cool:

Wallabies are well established in Bedfordshire for some reason :wink:
