When on my iPad, like now I can't see my avatar? I can on my phone? Is it here or is there a problem.

I see.
um I reckon what you done was resize the height to 200 and if it was to resize proportionally it would make the width 333 pixels which is why you would get the error
doing the width 200 it would make the height 120 proportionally but it looks a bit crap so I cropped it.
right click and save as, then upload and it should work now.
