ideas for home page

if you have seen the new look on the home page with the for sale section, there is plenty of space underneath that new side panel for something else so im looking for some ideas as to what you might find useful or handy ?

doesnt need to be forum related but it might be possible to add a tool relating to your private messages
or a weather tool
maybe even moon phases ?, ok too far maybe not

Will you please remove said panel(s) it's fecking my screen up! If you are going to do this perhaps make it central to the screen,border wise,i'm sure it will look far more professional, than it is now, it looks like someones hacked into the forum at the moment.

I asume it looks like its overlapping ? Refresh the home page or clear cache.

It was overlapping but It's cleared itself without me doing anything.

Looks ok but to me it looks too busy. Also if I click on item it does not open I still have to go to for sale section.
