We are are moving soon, just exchanged contracts
and I hope to build a new shed for tools, golf bats and tackle and was wondering what storage "solutions" (buzz word face)
do you use for all the bits and pieces of fishing tackle as I'm looking to get it really sorted.
Cheers Alan

Jars with the lids screwed under the shelf....... For keeping rusty nails in
Have a look on eBay for old factory drawers. And racking
Unistrut is a good option for shelving and can keep an eye out for some at work

Personally find just dumping stuff on the floor or on other stuff works,
You can then spend hours swearing & blaming ghosts for moving your stuff you left there

I have two sheds, both have dexion racking that's filled up.
One has a bait freezer.
But like most sheds things get shoved inside in front of the doors so you have to climb over stuff to get to stuff.
Every six months I have a clear out and tidy up.
Then for a few weeks I can actually get in the sheds.
I wish I was more organised..

The shed I will build (rather than buy) will of course get messy but if I can get the tackle storage sorted it will help a disorganised dyslexic with failing eyesight like myself
I will have to build it up on stilts because of flooding and will tuck it away into the tiny copse, its one of the 1st jobs I will have to do as I (we) have so much s***e
Cheers Alan

I dont see why not Phil, thats not a bad idea, I have built several decks for people in the past and have built them over concrete pads with wooden uprights but brickwork/blockwork supporting a timber ring beam is a good idea
Cheers Alan

Brick pillars look nice as well as being flood proof.
