Chatterbait linkage?

Post by Graham Benyon »

So, I have sent various videos. Some say don`t use a split ring or clip. Another says use a figure of eight loop and another is using a knot straight to the link on the lure which is how I have been tying them on. Any offers as to what you think gives the best presentation?

Use whatever link you think is best. They'll chatter like a demented, chattering thing whatever!

Agreed they clatter soooo bad your fillings will drop out! Not done any good on them and I've had a couple of examples for ages long before they were marketed in ik

I’ve got some fox ones which have a thin cross lock type snap, and I find that it chatters perfectly fine. They do look quite flimsy so might look into changing them at some point.
