Anyone here prebait a swim days running up to fishing a venue ??
I've got some frozen baits that the Mrs is sick of taking up space in the freezer, will pre baiting a swim increase my chances of a take when I fish ?
Thanks

whats it called? Does it have any record of producing decent pike?
If so maybe I could help pointing out best place to chuck the bait in

a.d. i have pre baited 2 days before fishing on a couple of places with fish being caught when fished! maybe a couple pound of chopped up sections at a time used, couple yrs ago each area baited always got a response from pike. personally i would say its worth doing. try it on the water and see if it work for you.

It depends really ,, I pre baited a nice swim on a lake to find that someone was fishing it the day I was going to fish it , although I didn't see him catching anything all day an I managed 3 fish up to 12 pound just roaming around with float fished deads, I'm sure pre bait has its place but for pike I'm not convinced
