Absolutely yes! Travel a lot for work...Airbnb always chosen as near to a canal/lake as I can, small lrf rod in the boot and explorer's hat on!

Short luring sessions worked well around work trips for me - had some good sessions on Wye, Thames, Severn, Avon, Glos canal, Welland etc from Kent that way.
