I never had the pleasure as I didn't attend the annual fish-in's that they had around the country.

I never had the pleasure as I didn't attend the annual fish-in's that they had around the country.

Unable to fish because of the impending birth of my first Daughter, I visited a ZAC fish-in during an afternoon out on my motorbike (KR1). The weather turned really cold and as I turned up, I must have looked half frozen to death. Steve very kindly gave me a seat in his bivvy and a big mug of roasting hot Tea. I've never forgotten his kindness that day.

He is still fishing, it's been mentioned before on here.Had the pleasure of 'Eelfishers' company late into the night at the Red Lion Hotel in Bredwardine on a few occasions while a group of us met up for weekends away. Top bloke.
