Pike Pool Update / Comments / Stuff etc

Post by Emma Hamilton »

First off I'd really like to thank the contributors to The Pike Pool so far, there's 20+ of you guys so take a bow and i hope you all catch a biggun or three.

It's been amazing really, good stuff and ive plenty in the bank ready or waiting to go up. There's some brillaint stuff ( i dont exagerate ) to go up over the next month or so.

Always looking for more, so if you fancy giving it a go then let me know. There's the traditional way , send me something and i'll fumble around and get it looking OK and post it up. Any backgrounds of photos you want removing will be done, photos sent never leave my pc, any edit made will be sent back at ya for final approval. You the author has total control.

There's an alternative way too, anyone who is half reasonable and blogg/computer savvy can write and set up their own material exactly how they want it to look without intervention from anyone. Have a play !.

I'm going to get cloth "The Pike Pool" logo badges made and any contributors past or future will recieve them.

When the Pool make the BIG 50 contributions, which will be soon enough, there will be a poll for the fav article and the winner will get a day out with one of a number of the forums pike anglers they may just fancy fishing with.

Great idea Rob, and I will look forward to getting one.

But you shouldn't have to pay for them out of your own pocket.

If you get a price for them, a few of us could send a contribution.

That way you could order a few more... for further articles. Image
My opinion may offend, but it's only an opinion that may differ to your's.
It doesn't make me wrong.

very much enjoying the work produced in the pool, our very own virtual mag. Dont get P&P anymore but along with esox world, pikelines and the pool, predator anglers are well catered for.

Guys,

we are looking for some tackle/kit reviews. Probably every couple of months we'll run a piece with several reviews within it.

We are not interested in what is crap only kit that youve found good, that had stood the test of time and doesnt fall to bits. Couple of pics, short write up and job done.

Hope you can help.

I cant find Danny Taylors Eel piece in the archive section but located it on the blog?

I'd like to comment on it after being knocked sideways by his writing style!
