Someone ordered a bream

Well wasn’t a target normally hate them but had to get a pic of this one

The bream is a much better fish in terms of size, compared with the record size, and rarity. I used to have access to bream of that sort of stamp (14.02 was my biggest, but they definitely went a few pounds heavier) but they all died out eventually and natural recruitment was zero :cry:

That’s the problem with this place once there gone there gone the black plague won’t let any silvers grow in there they nail the lot as you say not many around that size especially up north

There are a couple in my local water - not many but massive and despite my efforts no joy as yet. Will keep trying

Lots of pellets and a bright sweet pop up does it for me
