Popped down to the opening of the New Angling Direct in Wroxham today.
Big improvement on the previous shop and a well thought out selection of gear across the different disciplines.
I appreciate for many of you, Angling Direct is an interloper or just an online presence, but to me they have been my local tackle shop for a long while, and some of the AD guys have been selling me tackle since I was a kid.
Despite now being a national, the new shop has a proper old school feel about it just like the previous one. From what Phil, (the manager) has told me today, there are plans to really focus on the pike angler during the winter months. So if you are holidaying on the Broads this year, it's worth dropping in to see Phil and his team.

Re: Angling Direct Wroxham
I support my local shop but obviously he does'nt have everything. After that, I now mostly just go straight to AD online. No messing, back ordering etc, they either have it or they have'nt, plus free delivery to Ireland and excellent delivery times make them hard to beat.
