Without going into all the details, I recently bought a pair of Korum rods online and when they arrived it was apparent that there was a problem with one and possibly the other. I emailed Korum regarding what to do next and as expected, I was advised to return them to the seller and Korum would arrange to have them replaced. As I'm in Ireland and they had come from the UK, I was absorbing the upcoming hassle with returning them. Then I received another email from Dave Lloyd of Preston Innovations suggesting that if I could hold off for a week, he would send replacements to a rep of his in N.I. and he would arrange to meet me. Sure enough, a few days later I got a call from Ewan the rep and we met this morning locally and switched the rods, which were inspected before leaving Preston's warehouse.
The first time ever that I've had a problem with a Korum product, but absolutely brilliant customer service, well done Preston/Korum.
