I’ve been watching a Northern lad named Simon Eardsley on YouTube a lot recently. He’s a wildlife tog and all round country boy.
He’s endorsed a night scope, the Hikmicro lynx 2.0, which I think I must now purchase. Best price I can find is £375 on Amazon.
Anybody familiar with this kind of kit? And if so wete’s the best place to buy one please?

I don't care who your dad is , you're not walking across the river when I'm fishing!

That's a problem with freebie reviews, they always get sent the top of the range models.

What do you think that all boils down to? I would only want infrequent use from it, but there are some projects I have in mind with it that would probably be interesting enough to make me consider the lesser model. All I want is the capacity to thermal image subjects. The straightforward white images on black would more than do for me. Do you reckon the £375 model is likely to do that?
