Crows are brilliant. By far my favorite bird of all.

There are older videos on youtube showing them use tools to get food. The best one imo was the crow using pebbles to raise the water level in a tube to get at some floating food.

Crows are brainy as! The term bird brained does not apply to them at all. I've seen them surround, herd, trap and "murder" a kestrel out of my back window! The way they work together is quite astounding really!

They can count to 4. An old gamekeeper told me that. 4 shooters walk into a wood and 3 walk out, cross won't enter. 5 go in 4 walk out cross go in and get shot.

I reared one from a blind chick, I know, taking nestlings etc. It would put biscuits in water to soften them up for eating.
