I was trying to get it between the two chimneys. It's surprising how fast it moves when you're trying to line it up! The line was bonus. :grin:

Great colouration,is it gases around the moon that cause the redness ?

Apparently it's called a Strawberry Moon by the North American Indians as it coincided with a strawberry harvest.

Up in Scotland, I scurried out of the bivvy at 0330hrs this morning busting for a swamp and noticed a big bright orange moon. I did wish I had my phone and camera on me but had more pressing matters at hand unfortunately, so glad you got the shot Dave. Belting. :cool: :thumbs:
