I like the first and last ones the most Colin. I think because my view travels from the tree/shore on the foreground on the left and moves right and on into the distance.

I'm less keen on landscapes where the main subject is smack in the middle.
Tim once said to me on looking at one my landscapes where the horizon was right across the centre, it would look better if was either two thirds sky or two thirds land. I think it's generally true any way I look for it now.

If a sky is spectacular I don't mind the land being way less than a third, not so often the other way round that I can think of.
