Uploading pics from PC

I cant upload pics from my PC all of a sudden but been ok in the past

when I select the pic and select add the file the page goes white and does nothing

jpeg Andrew, I doubt its the file size thats the problem because it isnt telling me its too big it just wont do anything?

its 4.5MB

Hmm could possibly be timing out with 4mb try reducing it to under 2mb
