Files too large.

How do I resize my pics ? as most of the time they are too large to post and I have to edit them (make them smaller) on my phone which can kind of ruin some pics.

Could probably load it up in ms paint on oc and save a copy as jpeg. If I recall it usually saves it as a smaller file
