Looks a good bit of kit that Alan.
I just use A cree light with a red filter. Their eyes light up like beacons
So not hard to miss easy to line up a kill shot.
Take them up on their 7 day demo then let us know

Very good for ratting or rabbits the viper is really a close range unit for air rifles or maybe a rim fire if your looking to shoot further I would look at the wolf, both good kits but pricey, check out Night vision UK on Facebook . There's 2 guys on there that build them to your specifications

Re: Any one had any experience of these?
When clearing rabbits EN granted my organisation a licience to acquire a Mil spec. night sight costing over £2k and we tried it for a night.
It was certainly effective and almost like shooting in daylight, but heavy and requiring a solid stand but no more efficient, in terms of numbers than a head mounted narrow red beam headtorch and a scope with an illuminated graticule.
Eventually we achieved higher numbers in broad daylight from fixed positions (No silencer, .22 Hush, bipod, eye only).
Give it a trial, for the experience

why not make your own up? dead easy
infra red torch (beam up to 100m)
power pack
car reversing monitor
infra red camera
few bits and bobs (wiring etc)
figure 8 mount
cost about 120 (70 of that is the camera)
more or less copied this, but did it different as I found better ways of doing some things

I made a couple last year, dead easy. You don't need an infra red camera, any camera with the IR filter removed is OK.

Swap the lens for a 16mm, it "looks" through the scope better.

Went out with my new air rifle last night rigged up with night vision had a cracking night well over 50 rats in 4 hours shooting. I can see the rods gathering dust this winter! My mate even shot one in a tree!!
