Had email saying order was being packed ready for dispatch. 1 hour later product is not In stock .have asked for refund.

I’ve ordered from Bobco a couple of times, and found them to be very good with communication and quick delivery.
My first order the exact same happened, and they emailed to tell me the item was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait til it was back in stock.
I decided to wait, and it was back in stock very quickly and sent out straight away.

Most ebay account don`t keep their stock levels up to date. Usually a decent supplier
