Those are purebreds for breeding more Lonks, the less classy of which will go on to have halfbred lambs for fattening.

But, like this old gal, they all go to market eventually.

Mutton dressed as Lamb, but like most cheap cuts Mutton can be expensive now as it's been pushed by celebrity chefs, OX Tail, Goat meat etc.

I did ask my ol man recently about all this and he just said ' As people are clucking stupid kid, when we were on the block you could not give it away, and half the of the dozy b******s would not know how to even cook it'.

Ahh well ours is sitting stuffed with garlic and anchovies which does not sit well with old boy either'.
